They do get fundings from govt if required. That's what I am saying. I am not saying it is entirely funded by govt. There is certain aspect of govt included in it.

Tax exemptions,land at subsidized rate, concession in custom duty, income tax,allowing monopoly of bcci,usage of govt infrastructure etc.
