Abheera may be somewhat attached to vidya as her mother but that doesn't mean she will sell her humanity and doesn't bring out the truth. This is somewhat a differentiator between abheera and armaan.

But abhira sending vidya to jail only to give lollipop to abhir. She had no intention to make vidya realize she did wrong. Once she realized armaan no longer appreciates her this step she started finding a ways to get vidya out. She neither took stand for abhir and not even did anything to make vidya understand where she went wrong and instead she hit her ego by sending her jail for few days by showing her vidya aisi badi galthi nahi ki thi as by taking vidya out itself proved ghar main baath cheet karne se problem solve ho sakthi thi but stil she wanted court and court bhi gayi toh bhi she did not liked the verdict.

In this case also abhira did a great job that she found Armaan's real mom and want to give her place. But why does she want to stay in poddar house even after knowing how much shivani is scared of dadisa and how should vidya feel if she stays along with her sautan. Why can't they live seperately knowing how she was Treated as bahu from the day 1. Why can't she let madhav know about shivani was alive. Was it necessary for her to inform dadisa knowing dadisa can kidnap her again. If they stay seperately atleast ppl who like shivani can stay with them which will reduce all the trauma that shivani will go through by seeing poddars treating her as unwanted and curse her to die every often. Life of orphan is better than staying with the family who treat you as most unwanted which shivani is going to withness in PH.

I feel in such kind of situation it's better two woman stay in seperate house as it's definitely not recommended to stay in single house considering insecurities will grow.

Mental hogi toh theek bhi kiya jaa sakta tha mental ko. Sometimes the kids' feel and family's support could make the situation better. It was like kaveri wanted the first chance to get rid of shivani. Not every mental's family discards them. Such People live with their family , its all on the family's intentions of whether to keep them.

And above all , it doesn’t justify to erase someone's existence from their husband's life , kid's life and declare the person dead.

Let's assume even if shivani was mental then who gave kaveri the right to declare a living person dead , to snatch away her kid , tell her husband the false information of his wife's death. Madhav ought to have known the truth , he would have even taken caren of shivani.

So fufasa cut abheera's claims that Shivani have right to live in poddars... Even madhav standing there is not opposing it... so vidhya is the legal wife, not shivani.. good going fufasa..👏👏

I read if a person is missing she/he will be considered as dead if there is no information about them for seven years. Their spouse can remarry and the second marriage will be valid. In some cases govt might announce the missing as dead to help families to claim the insurance or benefits. Eg: during okhi cyclone kerala govt did it to help the families. If authorities claimed shivani is dead ,then mad is a widower, he can remarry and that marriage is legal.
