As per SU's iv, after the accident Kv told Shivani that Madhav and Armaan died, kept her in ashram and paid goons to keep eye on her and ensure she do not get out.. They might show that this happened after Vidya- Madhav marriage, else the vileness becomes multi fold..

No matter when Vidya came to know, the fact that she did not tell Madhav the truth and raised Armaan to feel a sense of debt towards her for “accepting” him cannot be justified. You don’t raise a child making him feel like is an orphan who should be happy with the scraps of affection he gets thrown his way and make him subservient and then claim to love him. This is not motherly, this is pure evil.

So Kaveri initially planned to seperate Shivani & Armaan from Madhav, sent Shivani to some ashram, sent Armaan to an orphanage & told Madhav that his son is missing & wife is dead? And in the interim, git Madhav married to Vidya in a grand ceremony (Vidya once told Abhira that uski shaadi main uske parents ne Paisa paani ki tarah bahaya) so that people forget that Madhav had another child? And when Madhav finally found Armaan & brought him home from an orphanage, Kaveri had the gall to make sure that the child was so beholden to the Poddar family for taking him in, that he would never once question or try to look for his mother, coz he was made to belive that his mother died because of him, jabki Shivani ko apparent "maut" toh ek accident main hui thi?

I have to give it to Kaveri - yeh toh mere kalpana se 1000 kadam aage nikli in terms of evilness.

Bold: THAT does not seem to stop them. Both Kaveri and Vidya have crossed multiple degrees of vileness already, based on the stuff we know as of now.
