This point only come into picture if madhav married vidhya after shivani's so called death. It was never told like that. Armaan, madhav and Shivani lives in rose garden, this is according to shivani's memory. Earlier Armaan said that vidhya accepted him as a boy and even rohit accepted him. We have to see rohit was born after Armaan came to poddars or before. If rohit was there, then madhav was having bigamy. None will believe he don't like vidhya as they had rohit. Then he is the one who dos not deserve any sympathy.

Madhav basically played with two women and people thinks he is devta because he support leads.

mani ratnam movie yaar vijay kar manjula Jay chitra had bigamy two sons prabhu and kartik. Second one got a daughter too😉same story madhav ki

If he married Shivani first than obviously that marriage is legal. He married Vidya when Shivani died (that's what he knew). But Shivani was alive and abducted by KP when he married Vidya. He himself is a victim of KP's manipulation here.

remember naira assumed dead vedika kartik married. As it's below 7 yrs of assumed death kartik vedika are not invalid but they made naira divorce kartik. As per rules 7 yrs of assumed dead if dead body not got or death certificate not there valid. After that that shadi is invalid. If vidya is invalid first as per some shivani is invalid as period gone beyond 7 yrs. Tulsi came after 25 yrs assumed dead. Mihir was marrying but he stopped seeing her it's not about legal validity. With tulsi in front alive he can't marry another. They married later again in show. Don't worry shivani will die soon 🤓

arey aap discussion dekhe nahi kya. Marrying in any place is not the legality. Registration is important as per govt this is our discussion. Shivani ya vidya bhaad mein jaaye. Humara general discussion hi.
