So much of this ending felt rushed and unnecessary tbh.

Impactful, sure. But for me there was no cohesion to the rest of the story we had been watching all this time. Kami and Ehsaan deserved to die at the hands of the mob. But not Moon who had just suffered through a whole rape subplot. I get that mob mentality had to be squeezed in somehow but it kind of came outta nowhere. Because we had been watching this murder mystery connecting two families this whole time. Did anyone feel it was a bit forced into the story to connect to the real events? It did for me.

Reality is reality, sure but even inspired stories need to have some creative license. You can’t have a rape victim who had finally gotten a win see the same dark fate as a murderer. That’s not good story telling. Ya tou don’t include the rape subplot then?

For me the balance in this whole episode was really off.

Ohh hooo, did not expect such sad ending . I thought that it's light hearted drama in which they are highlighting major issues. Instead of killing kami, they killed all good characters of this show.

I know they wanted to give a strong message. Tho, liked their concept but i am not favour of sad endings. I believe dramas/movies should give positive message and a ray of hope. Real life main toh burai ki jeet hojati hai but atleast reel life main aisa naa hoo.

Such an emotional ending. It started on such positive note but ending made me cry

Tho, i don't like sad endings but i want to appreciate mustafa afridi for highlighting such an important issue. People need to stop judging others, we are no one to take decision. We should not take the law into our hands. And we are no one to judge who is siner or who deserves punishment. Leave justice to the Almighty. We are not fit to judge who is truthful or who deserves retribution. Allah knows all, and Allah's justice is supreme.

Because the drama told 4 stories. Rabi & Sonu's, Rabi & Sonu's parents, Moon's & Mob attack. They had concluded 1st 3 stories already & now they had to conclude Mob attack story. Now in mob attack they could either show a happy ending or a sad ending, they showed sad ending this time. Ab har baar mob hamle me log bach jaye ye nahi dikha sakte the, they had to show reality.

I agree. It wasn’t a fitting ending for this particular kind of story. Especially with how they could have included mob mentality in the sense that Ehsaan dies protecting the kids from the mob. Or Kami dies protecting his father. The message could be sent without such a morbid endgame.

There were also execution issues. I don’t know about you but the way Kami interrupted the ceremony after the funny intro done by Mustafa Afridi himself, it had zero impact for me. And one too many deaths just to add shock value also reduce the impact as well. Rabi Sonu and Moon’s death didn’t hit at all for me and I don’t think it made sense? Why introduce a survivor of rape only to kill him off? There’s no sense in terms of story telling.

We also didn’t get to see Farah’s character at all in this episode. For me TMNN was going really strong but the ending was poorly executed and felt really underwhelming. Not to mention the way they incorporated the mob angle into the ending was not really logical. It didn’t tie up the story at all. Seemed like 10 episodes were a completely different story and then this one was different.

This isn’t a documentary it’s a story and the mob angle has to be tied in logically to the story we have been watching. For me the ending was really forced. Looking back it makes no sense to me how the writer created this murder mystery around Ehsaan and how Moon’s entire survival arc was shown. With this ending it makes no sense at all. Parallel stories don’t mean they have have no connection with each other. It should still tie up nicely and imo it could have easily been done. Ehsaan, a murderer, getting redeemed and dying to protect the kids. The mob attacking but Kami’s father ending up killed. A direct punishment for Kami, who instigated all this.

If you’re writing a story which is inspired from reality you can’t force the reality angle into it whenever you want. Cohesion bhi tou honi chahiye

I disagree and am sorry to read that this is what your opinion is.

This is not JUST a story. This drama was made with a purpose by Sultana S , Mustafa A and Saife H. And that was to show what the mob mentality does. It is now a universally acknowledged truth that people are lynched in the subcontinent be it India or Pak in the name of religion and due to the instigation of certain people.

The fact IMO is that this drama was the strongest of the 3 as far as the way it ended because it showed the true picture of the fact that no one escapes the mob if they are being targeted. The first two dramas just skirted the truth but the last one just gave you what the reality is.

I am truly shaken by this episode and cannot stop crying.

Precious Rabi and Sonu, Moon all gone. So much hope, excitement and planning about the future is all gone because a man could not handle rejection from a woman he desired to marry.

Difficult for me to process but I cannot get the shot out of my head where Raabi is running for her life, scared with the mob bearing lathis , axes etc after her. All while people in their balconies are watching like dumb audiences. No one intervenes and no one saves Rabi or Sonu or Moon.

As a society, we have ended up being those audiences watching from our balconies as people get lynched and killed in the name of religion and what not. No one bats an eye anymore. But the truth is that the people who are killed are ones with hopes and dreams and their mother's darlings who will grieve for them always .

Heartbreak of an episode . I am not sure I can watch the last episode again

It is the strongest of the three but that ending was the most poorly executed out of the three. Yes the theme is great but it has to tie in well within the story being told as well. For me it didn’t do justice to the closures of many characters. Even Ehsaan’s ending left no impact because it was overshadowed by so much else. Farah wasn’t even in the last episode.

It’s okay to applaud a good story which this WAS, but the ending definitely wasn’t handled well.
