So much of this ending felt rushed and unnecessary tbh.
Impactful, sure. But for me there was no cohesion to the rest of the story we had been watching all this time. Kami and Ehsaan deserved to die at the hands of the mob. But not Moon who had just suffered through a whole rape subplot. I get that mob mentality had to be squeezed in somehow but it kind of came outta nowhere. Because we had been watching this murder mystery connecting two families this whole time. Did anyone feel it was a bit forced into the story to connect to the real events? It did for me.
Reality is reality, sure but even inspired stories need to have some creative license. You can’t have a rape victim who had finally gotten a win see the same dark fate as a murderer. That’s not good story telling. Ya tou don’t include the rape subplot then?
For me the balance in this whole episode was really off.
