Drama ke liye they can show that love isnt enuf for a shaadi. Abhir anger issues can lead to problems between Abhiru and that could have been shown. Or they could show Abhiru trying to sort Abhimaan issues. But they chose this plot.

The way he's behaving Abhir isnt a good guy for kiara or charu. He's being a total ass. This cringe of loving one person, marrying another person -that too sister of the girl you love, and that too for no real reason except that both abhir & kiara are being impulsive, reckless and stupid is really nonsensical. Surely they can create drama with Abhir without showing him be so reckless. I mean its dramatic enuf that Charu is mia from mandap. Thats enough to cause blame games and poddars, goenkas arguing. Abhir being heartbroken and maybe his health could deteriorate due to shock. Plus they need to locate Charu too. All that would be enuf for drama. Why shove Abhir Kiara getting married in some mandir on top of that.

We can be certain charu was pressured into running away but surely if she tried hard to, she could have found a way to alert someone about something wrong happening. But Abhir kiara have screwed up real bad now. When charu's real reason to disappear - because of kidnapping or something becomes apparent then what will Abhir and Kiara do? They can only cry over their recklessness.

In BTS Abhira is appropriately schooling Abhir for playing trauma card to be a brat and do something mindless. But at the end of the day Abhimaan are related to Abhir , Ruhi , kiara & charu and their relationship bears the brunt of others shenanigans.

Because they need drama, they dont show Abhimaan simply walk away for good. Those 2 are too nice to be able to cut off ties with their family altogether.
