Sadda Haq is the most overrated youth show. How much I hated it during college days. Due to that show, I began hating Param and would change channel as soon as I saw his face. I guess I like him in 'uncle' avatar more.

I used to watch Paanch- 5 Wrong Make A right on Channel V. It's an amazing show! You can watch the show if you want. It's available on Hotstar.

edkv 2 started happening on sonyliv when kbc started (i hate that a couple of good shows like kyun utthe, ishk par xor nahin and edkv2 gor replaced due to kbc) and once they made it a web show, it became a definite show with limited episodes

EKDV2 was inspired from Korean Drama Descendants of the Sun though they added childhood love twist in it. Though even in Indian version, the show was great.

during covid when i saw sadda haq even when i wasnt in college i could figure out that they cannot pull of any of that nonsense in a real college in india and tbh i still think they kinda romanticised college life. I really liked sanyukta's character till she fell for randhir and my god what a terrible character randhir was

And his character, Randhir was not really likeable. He was totally opposite of Neil. Randhir was arrogant and rude. He used to irritate the female lead. He used to quarrel with her.

Paanch was one of the best youth ITV shows. I remember how the female lead got one of the villains' arms detached for revenge. I was like: I never expected an ITV lead to actually be able to do this as ITV leads are infuriatingly forgiving. I remember the unique ways Roshni took revenge on the five.

in real life he would've been just a bully who i could've never stand because of how terrible the character arc was. I havent seen the whole show but i really hated how they didnt let randhir have any redemption arc. Tbh parth in sadda haq was what neil is in ghkkpm

Even female lead was too irritating. I wanted to shake both Sanyukta and Randhir and tell them: Aise nahi hoti Engineering. Both male and female lead characters were insufferable and annoying in that show and worse they made Engineering a joke in the show.

just for guilty pleausre do checkout ghulaam (if you havent) its such a weird show with shitty storytelling that it would make you bang your head in a wall

Everyone in that show was too much and too OTT and insufferable. And personally, I don't like arrogant male leads from ultra rich families. Matlab khud ki mehnat se apna empire banaaya ho, tab arrogance ka kucch sense bhi bantaa hai vo bhi tab tak of they clearly show their underdog backstory as well. Otherwise alpha, brooding, arrogant male leads are insufferable.
