Then watched him in Sadda Haq and he was quite a craze among girls in Engineering college. Though I loathed that show because they showed Engineering studies in the most unrealistic way possible. Then I saw him in Ghulaam which I started watching for Vikas Manaktala and Niti Taylor and realised he was a good actor. Then I watched Haiwan's all episodes and became a fan of his character in the show. Then I didn't watch Ishq Pe Zor Nahi because I don't like Rich, brooding angry young men + feisty female lead enemies to lovers story. Then I watched Ghum's trailer and the trailer had that late 2000s ITV feel so started watching it.

i actually happened to get to know abt ishk par zor nahin when i started watching ek duje ke vaaste 2 and it concluded and i really liked the concept with which they started the show. I searched him up on google and tried giving every show a try all of them were terrible (story wise ghulaam was the most regressive shit i've ever seen) his acting was good and thats what made me sit through ishk par zor nahin throughout the run. Then i saw the promo of ghum 3 and had seen the og so i started giving it a try because i left watching itv after katha ankahee

I read them in Hindi but Satyajit Rey's stories, I read in English. There was one of his story where a young man goes to a village to meet his friend and spends the night there only to wake up at the middle of night because the doll he had seen in friend's house was sitting on his chest and trying to strangle him. Satyajit Roy had a knack of writing unforgettable scenes.

You should watch Haiwaan then. The female lead in that is an IPS officer and male lead is good for nothing rich brat who has no interest in business and his legacy (at least this is his outer persona) though male lead hides the fact from everyone he is a brilliant scientist who's making a Hulk like creature in his secret lab.

Ek Dooje Ke Vaaste season 2 was so good. I loved both Sumo and Shravan though they off aired the show so early. But bahut hi badhiya the Ek Dooje ke Vaaste ke dono seasons.

Shaktiman, Junior G, Malgudi Days... Doordarshan had a brilliant lineup of shows in each genre then.

Vahi baat hai. Jo dhang ke shows hote hain unko TRP hi nahi milti. There is one Life OK show consisting of only 20 episodes: Ek Tha Chandar, Ek Thi Sudha. You can watch it if you want something with no Saas Bahu drama and a beautiful love story.

edkv 2 started happening on sonyliv when kbc started (i hate that a couple of good shows like kyun utthe, ishk par xor nahin and edkv2 gor replaced due to kbc) and once they made it a web show, it became a definite show with limited episodes
