Only if they haven't share screen together... Unka scene agar hai during the cameo... you can't cast them together..

also what if actor or actress has played with villain who sidey character and just did a episodic role. Her importance in the show was just a teacher or something. Can we consider such actors as it may mot be possible to verify if actor has played any role with an actor unless it's a prominent role.
