10 years, that's a long time. So all this time he's the only face she knows, imagine the medication and living in your head for years before RK enter her life. So maybe when she gets set back and start looking for Aru, to probably calm her down, he's Aru but Shivani doesn't see the eyes and gets convince she's imagining.

The wig is definitely on a different plane though - the curtain fits manage to look good on Rohit. But even samriddhi’s cuteness isn’t able to negate that wig- it’s horrendous! just imagine how good they’d look in all these scenes if only the hair was long - why why why did these idiots do this …. 8 will never understand 🤷🏻‍♀️
