Oh! You are way off the mark mate. The simple intention of pointing out Ruhi s continued presence, is that Ruhi inspite of being Armaan s obsessed ex is still very much part of the story and lead characters life. Compared to her as of now RK has done nothing that cannot be rectified.

Maybe in future he changes without needing a KKK stunt. Maybe he himself comes to his senses. In such a situation he can fill that void of a friend in leads life.

When you make a random post that sounds more like an indirect taunt than a counterpoint and then tag everyone else when it's obvious that your point was in regards to my post, it does not comes across as harmless post at all.

I hope next we can take care of that.

It’s clear that this whole love triangle is being forced. The makers had so many better ways to make the storyline more impactful. Using jealousy to trigger realization is only making their relationship questionable when, in reality, this realization should have come through Vidya.

But if I try to see it from a slightly different perspective—something that helps me stay positive—then I can make some sense of it.😭🥲 Arman isn’t silent because he doesn’t care; he’s trapped. Sometimes, it takes the fear of losing something precious forever to shake a person to their core. That moment will come when he sees Abhira truly moving on with someone else. That will shatter the lock on his mind, sweep away the "house of dust," and finally bring him the clarity he desperately needs.😐

Appreciate the different take.. but again.. my problem is he's being written so far like he's willingly doing this because he doesn't think he deserves her or even that he has lost the right to be with her.. the whole barni thing is only making it clear that he wants to just hold onto her memories while letting her go because of how much he's wronged her. Getting the proof for her licensee to be revived and not admitting it does the same. That was him intentionally ready to lose his most precious relationship. That to me screams love of an intense relationship. This whole thing on the other hand. I don't even know what it is but it's just not sitting well with the last few episodes even! Gajra, dupatta, half baked proposal! These are all great jealousy tropes but can't be the reason he decides to throw away divorce cancellation papers without a dialogue even. So what is it now? Is he feeling guilty already and wants her to move on or is he feeling jealous and hence feeling guilty? I think even they don't know which way they want to go..

I understand that. I don't want her to leave PH or the show. I just included her in the conversion because everyone else was drawing parallels between RK-ABhira and Ruhi-Armaan

Whether PL or even a supporting character like RK, if I see a potential in character beyond the regular obsessed third-angle trope, ofcourse I would wish for him to stay. Stay and be a good friend to characters I love, because it very weird that neither of them having anybody to talk to beyond their respective family members. Dont you?

If it is going to take the presence of a third angle for a man or woman to value their partners, then it reflects very poorly on the man, the woman and the relationship they shared …Abhira did not confess her feelings because she felt threatened by Ruhi ..she had already lost Armaan because she thought they were divorced ..if it is going to take the threat of her moving on with another man for Armaan to value Abhira, then I would outright say that Armaan is not the man for Abhira nor is she the woman for him..they are not teenagers to be playing games like these …it is just cheap and cringeworthy writing …and to try and draw a parallel to a time when neither party had even acknowledged their feelings at a time when they’ve already had and lost a child is nothing short of preposterous 🤷🏻‍♀️

Bold - This right there. You've answered the question yourself for me. Who is RK to become anybody for Armaan? We still don't know what his intentions are at all. What we do know is he has romantic feelings for Abhira. And that takes out any need for him to hang around her or Armaan long term. Just in terms of character also, RK has been caring for a woman like his mother. That makes him a good human being. But proposing to a woman one week or two days before she's about to be divorced without even waiting to see that through doesn't scream smart to me unless I'm really missing something here. And honestly neither does wanting to help the woman you love in her quest to find her soon to be ex-husband's mother. Chalo Maan liya he did it for her sake, any sensible and smart man would say I don't want to be there when Armaan finds out about his mother because it's his story and emotion to deal with. So no, I actually don't even find him smart or sensible.

And I can't talk for others, but personally for me, I think that he's also a terribly annoying actor and his looks don't help him either. But that's only an add on to what his character has to offer.. certainly not why I dislike him in the narrative!

@bold Exactly this...Who proposes a married woman, someone's legal wife? Whatever the circumstances are. Abhira didn't slap him or asked him to shut up? I don't mind any of Armaan/Abhira moving on with acha admi/achi aurat or to behave normally after being proposed by a man or a woman, after divorce. As of now, it's not looking good.
