I think Madhav will stay with V bcoz of Kaveri's pressure though as soon as truth is out, he will go caretake Shivani and V will do her nautanki seeing that. When Shivani realizes Madhav has married V, she will likely be heartbroken that he moved on with another woman and even had a child with that woman.
