He is definitely in male Arshi zone....WU ke hisaab se he is already guilt tripping and emotionally blackmailing Jhanak to keep staying longer for the sake of Ahaan....extension le raha hai daily yehi bol bol ke....and wohi Arshi type lines of "Kya main yeh deserve karta hoon?"

Fully Arshi banne ke liye he will have to learn Runak ka colorful past....until then he will keep begging Jhanak to stay longer and keep the charade of fake biwi going.....lol

I told you..J will be in the same position as Ani was earlier! Arshi emotionally blackmailed him, guilt tripped him for falling for J and eventually succeeded in her goal of making him ghulam through marriage...Ani's delayed decision regarding Arshi has put him to his current state...same will happen with J now...she will come under Chomu's chipdi chupdi baatein and eventually be trapped due to her own delayed decision making..

I don’t know how many of you noticed this about Ani… a sea change from the yore.. Ani the non confrontational guy of the past… taking courage in his hands 😂😂 and going to confront the situation of his life.. I saw that as a development arc, him facing it head on - And as I suspected, Jhanak taking on Ani’s traits of the past 😂😂 obfuscation… etc Ram milaye Jodi!! 😂😂

I don't know if I agree with this direct comparison. Ani was never someone totally non-confrontational....he had many confrontations with both Arshi and his family along the way even if he was obfuscating on other matters. And ofcourse Runak have always been quick to do confrontations with each other so that is hardly anything they needed to learn from each other

As for Jhanak....lol again, iska bill bhi Ani pe phaada jaa raha hai that she has learnt to obfuscate?.....If Jhanak ever had the guts to take on any of Ani's traits, this would be a whole another story ....sabse pehle toh ZIMMEDAARI seekh le Ani se agar kuch seekhna hai .....but iske pairon mein toh wheels lage hain skating all around the country.....while Ani is destined to be shackled to one spot dealing with vultures ka baggage all his life

Jhanak didn't LEARN to lie....she could very well lie before also....but in Ani's case, she felt entitled to throw him under the bus to project herself as morally righteous. But in the case of the other male aashiqs popping in and out of her life, she feels no qualms about lying....because she doesn't feel same level of compulsion in gleefully watching others berate those aashiqs....yeh ruthless malicious glee she reserves for insulting Ani only

It's not the same position exactly....Jhanak kisi ki ghulaam banne waalon mein se nahin hai....woh khud saamne waale ko gaslight karke bhaag jaane waalon mein se hai

Waise bhi in Jhanak's case, it is so easy to get kidnapped every other day to get plopped into a brand new life....lol so no, her situation is not like Ani's.....there is a whole ECOSYSTEM that pressurizes him to stay stuck with Arshi....while Jhanak is always a free bird ready to ditch current benefactor for any random reason

my comment was more in jest but I do see an arc in terms of him dealing with issues relating to J..Also when I say non confrontational I meant his way of choosing a pathway earlier that was economical with the truth at times related to J.. in that I noted a change… and it is not sudden.. he has been doing that consistently over time…him wanting to be more open… ofc.Leena thodi yeh soch rahi hain yeh aise hum Bol rahe hain…😂😂

LOL but even in jest, how does that still hold? Isn't he still being economical with the truth related to Jhanak by hiding her Gujarat whereabouts from Arshi and Choton even now? ....and he's doing it simply to delay the inevitable showdown he also knows is coming

Only thing he has evolved in as a character is accepting his truth that he loves only Jhanak and always will.....rest is all zimmedaari and baggage thrust upon him. And in general, his shrewdness has been taken away from him in order for Leena to keep dragging on her senseless plot.

As for Jhanak, she has been exposed as a raging hypocrite mainly. Her bhaashans about being uncomfortable with lies blah blah all stand exposed as only ways in which she could scapegoat and bash Ani back then to prop herself up as sacchi bechari.......lol even now she's being a raging hypocrite by bashing Ani for supposedly lying and giving her dhoka about the fake cancer reports and status of his rishta with Arshi....meanwhile she is herself telling WHOPPING lies daily and living a fraud life as someone's fake wife.....lol all that we see is Jhanak's raging double standard which no one calls out in the story
