I think there are both groups of people who like Burhan and then like us who finds his characterization a bit too much OTT nice guy... too good to be true.... So there will be a balance since NashBu and NashAmm both will have contentsmiley36smiley36 On a serious note, I'm hoping it'd be a terrific scene... Since all three young main characters will be in one frame.

BTW I was thinking we should have our posts having Burhan critique marked mature and members only, so that people who're enjoying NashBu could enjoy this thread too and have discussions also they could skip posts critisizing Burhan(?) A truce if everyone agrees?smiley9

I think "tum kaunsa naya khel khel rahi ho" willbe the following scene of this kitchen scene!

But Nashwa was like keeping fair distance from Ammar, I don't understand why though! smiley23

Can that scene be after Faryal rejecting Ammar & leaving which results in Ammar-Nashwa proposal by bade abbu? Is that why Nashwa keeps her distance?

And we have that "maza aane laga hai is khel mein" also!

Lol I feel conflicted smiley39smiley36

Oh god, do we have such dialogues too? Last time we heard someone say " maza ayega" we ended up getting the infamous episode 46.smiley39Iykyksmiley37

I think people are being too harsh and unfair to Usama. Till now I have not found any flaw in his acting and he does comes across as an intelligent and a descent human. He is easy on the eye too. Don't know why people compare 2 actors. Yes yumna and rest of the cast have a slight edge over him maybe because of seniority. And more importantly because of the roles he is playing offlate. I am liking him so far and this constant bashing is really getting too much. I am waiting for the courtroom scenes and would not judge him till then.

But one thing I find a very major flaw in this show is ,why did Burhan pay such a huge price for Sabreen villa when it belongs to Asim only and eventually him. They should have fought in the court.

More than Him not knowing about Nashwa being his cousin, I find this point more silly.

I think he genuinely doesn't know anything else about that evil family. He only knows whatever He has heard from Asim about that family. Maybe Asim would never mentioned behzads and Nashwa names. He must have only mentioned that he used to live a girl named bisma. I think even the feud between both the families was over heard by him and not told to him.

He had never met bisma too so how would he know about her daughter?

Had he dropped nashwa to her house the other day, then he would have realized that she is related to him. He was refering to her as MS behzad purely to tease her

I too feel he genuinely didn't know nashwa is part of that family and probably the house he purchased ,all dealings were done through brokers n he probably didn't meet bade abbu at all. I think he was really surprised, I mean "rather pleasantly surprised".smiley37

Yes, please! Because I'm finding him fine but there is somewhat a lack of aura for a Barrister. This has nothing to do with Yumna as an actor. Like Deepak as the terrifying Taya Abbu is very well suited. He is not Deepak but just Taya Abbu.

I'm finding Usama doing much better than his two other dramas and he is doing good here but sometimes as mentioned by Virgo the constipated look with the whiny voice breaks character for me! Reminds me of Ammar and Salis from SMD and Ghair.

Overall, I'm enjoying and don't have a bone to pick with Usama's performance to certain extent but I do have my views.

Also, if critiquing is an issue then there cannot be any discussion. One will always find a different opinion in real life. I think one needs to be solid in their own stance if one believes in it. Other's opinion shouldn't sway them that easily or have their viewing experience be impacted.

I personally did not find anyone disrespectful or hateful on this thread. Rather, everyone is easy going. Hate nowadays is very easily put as a label on others with a differing view. We need to be comfortable with discourses to allow for conversations to flourish with respect of course smiley1

I enjoy all of your discussions 😉

Those "khel" waale dialogues are there in teasers, delivered by Ammarsmiley36

@bold: that was Mazaa kam, Sazaa zyaada smiley15 woh toh NM ki di hui hype thi, "#contractbreach" dekhke bohot maza aayega! And we were like 🤕🤕!

Here koi aise maze ka promise nahin kar raha, thank god! smiley36 Maza offer karnewaala Ammar hai, uske POV se sochna hai humein, kaisa maza ho sakta hai! smiley39

BTW here, I love how director added that caption for Asim-Nashwa scene! Especially the fact, they only highlighted the moments after airing the episode! And reading his take on that felt like pehli baarish after summersmiley9smiley27 unlike "maza aayegasmiley15"

Itna zada pleasantly surprised 🙀

I hope he actually knew who she was and just didn't want to say it otherwise it wouldn't settle well with me smiley36

The house thing...I assume they wanted to buy it and then charge bakhtu with fraud sale and take him to court smiley36

Now I'm just guessing. This drama with the twist has me rather "pleasantly surprised".

No, he overheard Bakhtiar's conversation with Nashwa at his office, about the case against Ammar! Bakhtiar recognized Burhan in episode 10! And surprisingly Burhan was not surprised to see Bakhtiar there whom he had seen talking to Nashwa as her bade abbu! 🥲smiley36
