Armaan & Abhira ka seperation this time was not just forced, it's purpose was very contrived. Honestly had they just extended the bachcha track seperation with Vidya becoming a villian when the truth came out & these 2 working out their relationship together thanks to Shivani's entry & her helping them realise the importance of their rishta, then it would have been so much more impactful.

But yes, right now the Armaan Shivani angle really seems to have more potential and more anticipated, because we really want to know how they will present that story, as it has no precedence in the previous versions of Rishta atleast
