Even if he gets J, he will not be able to let go of Arshi because she is his zimmedhari and kamzori. You can think J's rejection is cause of all issues. But even if her full acceptance, he would never had made this work is my stance. He is too unstable. His thinking J can romance with Adi at set in her room, J can set aag, can set him up with Adi's child, can call Adi to marry her and lying, marrying Vihaan out of the blue - all these coming out at various junctures shows his total lack of trust for her, given all that has observed of her. In contrast, in spite of the the viciousness selfishness envy he has seen of Arshi - his ability to trust her always, prioritize her, take her word for pregnancy, keep her on par with J there is something wrong here. It's outside the boundaries of a normal human being. The way the equation is laid out - Ani feeling dil split in two and loves on J - over an extended period of time - is unacceptable for a normal functioning man.

I started watching Jhanak for Ani, and his characterization. Disappointment and a loss of respect for the character over time I think is what makes me upset. If he acted per his words or thoughts, he would be close to ideal. Unfortunately thats not the case. And usually the forum is more in favor of Ani, so I end up rebutting a lot, to provide a counter POV.

In past he got many chances to break up with arshi...but he failed to do it...

One time he got succeeded, unfortunately didi back to his life with her paap ka nishani.

Same happened iny home .... Mother n grandma stopped watching after that scenes and totally break when j married forcefully Ani to ac... They told it's lost case don't watch further...

I totally understand your disappointed with Ani character as what we thought that Ani will fought for his love but... It's more important word .... For to fight you have to saath of better half and Ani lacks it... He fought one side battle which any way loss was guaranteed and that's happened....

See yaar - my point is to fight a battle you have to be willing to understand your own restrictions limitations and then engage. This is a battle he cannot win however hard he fights, without giving up on Arshi first. Which he will never be able to do. Even before Arshi became pregnant he called her his responsibility even when he did not consider them as married and no marriage actually happened. If J had agreed and they had married, he will still be saying mera dil 2 tukda...and ask Arshi to stay with them or still want to keep her. The situation would not have resolved with J saying yes to Ani. Ani will never let either part of his dil go and be happy. If he is now lamenting over J, he will later lament over Arshi. The more harm he is doing Arshi - all his guilt is adding up exponentially....remember that. Ani is a man who goes by his emotions and it will bring him down. No one can have their cake and eat it too. See how he chose Arshi and is yet taunting J like she left him and ran away with Vihaan. He wont be happy until he has J in his room as wife and Arshi in the next room as responsibility and this is 100%

The trust issues of Ani has come across when adi incident happened and j also has some weight into it... So in total Ani is mostly misunderstood character in this series and given Ani nature he always carried responsibilities of dear ones without any complaints... So arshi as vile character taken advantage of it .... And last but not least human is naturally faulty and we do have some fantasy that can't fit into society defination which Leena try to portrait but miserable 😖 failing....

Thats what I am saying - Ani is flawed and his flaws have made him irrational and stupid. His emotional imbalance caused by dependency on J, possessiveness over J, and zimmedhari and guilt to Arshi, has caused his mental imbalance. Yes he loves J and it is obvious and he can get me to feel for him, but yet his love is never pleasant, its the kind that destroys and not nurtures because his love is always fighting with his zimmedhari that is equal to his love. Its a no win situation. He has to choose and stay 100% - he will never OR Arshi will have to leave and keep him away from her - which she wont. J will leave and has done time and again. Best for Ani to stay with Arshi and J with Vihaan.

So story and characterization of leads come as hypocrite and cheaters...

Last want to say different options is always welcome 🤗 that's what always makes forum intersting and discussion enjoyment...

Today's world lacking that ie listening and welcoming of different opinions...

That characters are gradually acceptable to audience... Ye ek dum se family laaynge aur bolenge dekhi ye bhagodi ka Naya sansaar to koi bhi na accept kar paaye aur Raunak hi Inka core hai...

Agar core hi na ho to uppar ka chandini kitne din chalegi... To ab wohi reflection AA Raha hai in trp... Baaki Leena ne bahot waah yat displays Kiya hai gujju family ka picture...

Remember - Ani said he would have married Arshi anyway when J asked him.

J knows they are like tree that can never be uprooted, so strong are Ani Arshit. So J just did what she knew would happen. She knew Ani would chose his zimmedhari. Not only Arshi, J also knows him well. Arshi had him majboor. If J had protested on that day and Ani would have still married Arshi ,(we all heard he said in Gujarat that he definitely would have married Arshi once he heard of his baby), J would have looked like a fool in front of everyone. Her only way to save her dignity was to ensure her stance was clear.

Regardless of what happened in BH - everyone's inner thoughts that day would have been - " Jhanak is a fool who was played by Ani to marry him while sleeping with Arshi"

Can you even imagine the loss to her pride and dignity. J will never trust Ani unless the Arshi rape incident is cleared. As women we should be able to understand this.
