I think it all depends on how much room or restriction the celebs give them. Yes they can definitely cross the line specially if the celebs are lax like Saif and Kareena. But if there’s a formal request they’re also very good at backing off. That’s been my observation anyway.

The agencies behind the paps only understand money. They have to pay for them to play. smiley4

Now Saif looks like Sunjay dutt in Vastav movie and a little like his dad.

They will also be worried as he has to identify the accused, recreate the scenario etc to the police. Guess they took him for that today after discharge.

And the kids will go to school and talk everything they witnessed to their friends. Can't stop kids.

It’s was more than likely mostly to close the wounds, correct the spinal cord covering (this one was probably the most intricate) and maybe correct some potential damage to his hand. Last one I’m guessing based on the wrist brace he’s wearing. There hasn’t been any reports of any organ damage, no head injury. So him recovering this well in five days is not surprising at all.

I absolutely agree that the walked like a lion remark was the doctor being highly hyperbolic. And there’s also the element of shock over this incident. The industry, media, and even the general audience was very shocked by this so we all consumed it incessantly, and to be frank the media did what the media does, fed us more speculation and drama than actual news. But he was attacked in his home and stabbed several times. He did have to undergo surgery, or surgeries, and did spend two days in the ICU, reportedly. He’s also very very lucky because that spinal cord injury could have ended very very badly for him.

thank you. We as a society have become so skeptical that we now question even physicians. Gone are the days when you were advised to be on bed rest post surgery. The current guidelines are to get you walking asap. Studies show better results and faster healing with early ambulation. Even me when I had a recent abdominal surgery; they had me on my feet within 24 hours (although on pain meds). I walked out of hospital on day 3. Saif has been there for 5 days already. I expect stiffness and pain but yes; absolutely he should be able to walk. Especially coz he didn’t have any spine damage.

He probably had superficial wounds otherwise he wouldn't be discharged or walking like this a week after the incident.

Glad he made a full recovery and physically he will be healed, mentally and emotionally it will take time.

I want to mention one thing here - it's also very easy to fake your strength for the 15 to 20 seconds you have to appear in front of public. He had the full ride from the hospital home to prepare + the 5 days in the hospital. He could easily have been faking some of the strength he's showing.

Yes his injuries weren't as bad as they could have been and definitely having the best medical attention at your disposal is a factor, but he literally just had to put a smile on his face and walk like there's no issue for about 20 seconds. Wave a couple of times and then he's in the sanctity of his own home, which it seems like they are going to protect more now. Once he gets away from the cameras, he can sag or slow down or show the pain that he may be feeling.

They made me walk after my C-section within 24 hours....and it is considered a major surgery.....on the 5th day....I was walking around the house......on the 10th day.....I was in the kitchen......because we were in USA without help, my husband had to go back to work.....and I had another little child to take care of....

People should really stop judging others......Just because he is a celebrity.....just because he is walking and clean shaven....doesn't mean he was not injured....Everyone has their own experience.......for God's sake atleast don't mock someone who was injured.....It could have been a lot more serious......glad to see him back...

I agree that it is possible for someone to have surgery and walk the way saif did. He did not have injuries to legs. He was stabbed in the hand and neck and maybe his back. He was in the hospital for 5 days.

I had the open cholecystectomy surgery to have gall bladder removed. Not the minor one where they do small incisions but a large incision of 15 centimeters below your ribs where muscles and tissues are pulled to remove the gallbladder. I was told to start walking 8 hours after surgery, and it hurt like he'll. 12 hours after surgery, I was discharged and had to walk myself to the parking area and wasn't allowed a wheelchair.

Saif was atleast recuperating for 5 days at the hospital. People making remarks about how it is not possible to walk around like have not had to go through such procedures or have not seen their relatives go through procedures.

Physically he may have recovered, but mental healing will take time, not just for him but his 2 young sons.

And why are people saying it's a publicity stunt. I think before issued a statement to not make speculations and just give them space, hamari hi imagination overdrive pe thi.
