I fully enjoy this show and also my mom.

I’m starting to believe in the theory that Rahim fell for Aiman intensely after he employed her (or maybe there is a back story where he fell for her even before that and the viewers don’t know this story).

He called him her hero and her his heroine in his little story.

I think he liked her middle class background, her self respect and ethics (things that remind him of his core self since he is adopted) and fell for her quite fast.

We are shown him observing her more than anyone else. He is the big boss. There is no reason he had to speak to her directly about the Jamal incident in the hotel. That should’ve been Atiqa’s job. Hotel owners do not directly supervise wait staff obviously.

Second, he was watching Aiman closely: Otherwise why would he show up to the swimming pool immediately as Aiman was pushed? I think he saw Shehroz and friends in the CCTV footage near Aiman because he was already watching her.

At his engagement, he notices her go into the house. No need to notice what one waitress does unless he wants to notice

He was with Maheen only for his Baba. He just went with the flow and through the motions. He had no other female interests and he always wanted to uphold the good son position since he deeply loves his Baba. And also because his Baba needs Maheen’s dad on his side for business.

It’s possible that he is using this incident to kill two birds with one stone. He wanted to create a convoluted situation to enable him marrying a poor girl like Aiman and so that Maheen herself breaks off the engagement. And he wanted to use this opportunity to also hurt Shehroz and mom who he secretly has a grudge against because of her partial behavior.

I think Rahim himself sends protesters to Aiman’s house so her family is cornered into her marrying him. This guy is not missing his supposed childhood sweetheart at all. He is ready to move on LOL. Isko Romance chahiye story mein isiliye he points out that the story’s once weakness is lack of romance 🤣

Additionally, sometimes I also wonder if Aiman is involved is his plan. For a smart guy like Rahim, it makes no sense that he left an injured Aiman with the one who injured her to go call his mom. He was also pretty laid back (as a lover boy assuming above theory is right) when Shehroz did a disappearing act with her. If he was deeply in love with her and she had true injury, he wouldn’t have left her side for a second until she was in the hospital

Therefore, I’m hoping Aiman is not involved as well and that he is simply acting upon one sided love

Ps-also loved the mein vekha scene. His gaze must’ve been so intense Aiman decided to cover up 😅

He was drama queen, you didn't remember the scene when Emaan handovers property papers to him which she had taken from mamu.
