Yes, it’s everywhere. But my point is they won’t target high society high profile case like this neighbourhood for who police is usually extra active. 
Even if this guy planned to take Jeh as hostage, how did the criminal thing it’d go down ? That Police won’t be behind the kidnapper after the kid’s released ?
