My top 4 most hated characters

Okay so I just wanted to rant about the characters. Please keep in mind that I am talking about the characters, not the actors, and I am judging them based on their actions, role, and behavior IN the show. This list goes from my most hated to least hated characters:

1. Paresh. Yes, its Paresh! Surprisingly, I dislike that man the most. It took me some pondering to decide whether to put Renuka or him first, but Paresh won. Because even though Paresh does not actively do anything wrong, he really does nothing good either. The man is the definition of a wolf in a sheep's clothing. As much as I hate Renuka, she is 99% upfront with her hatred, partiality and vile intentions. There is no sugarcoating anything with her and you can only expect the worse, but Paresh acts like a righteous man who in truth differentiates between his three sons. The only brownie points I'm giving him is that it's subconsciously done, but it IS done. His prioritizes are Tejas = Akash > Sachin. He has no spine and backbone, like does everyone realize that he let one of his son get singled out, harassed, bulled, and abused his whole life when he had the means to be a man and stop it, but didn't do so because of his cowardness as a father? Seriously?? From abandoning his son to making him collateral damage in everything, Paresh is the bane of it all. Even when he gave up his room, it was for Akash and not because Sachin and Sailee were suffering. The guy even taunted Sachin that its because they can't compromise like what 😭 And then the way he always lets Renuka taunt and dehumanize Sailee but actively does nothing to stop it. Says one or two lines after a lot of shaming which gets ignored. He has no impact. He bribed Tejas to get married to Sailee and when Tejas ran away, he took away Sachin's right to consent and fixed his marriage last minute. Paresh had no right to ruin Sailee's life with Tejas because of his guilt when he knew Tejas was a nalla who would never ever treat her right because of his mom Renuka and his strong superiority complex. And then hit her up with Sachin who was a hardcore alcoholic. If he really wanted to get her married to one of his sons, he should've asked her hand for Akash who actually was the most sanest and kind brother out of the three. If you all have noticed whenever Paresh does something good for Sachin it is often hinted that Sailee had a hand in it (i.e., getting him his car back).

2. Obviously it's Renuka. She gave a very tough fight for first position, but alas Paresh won against her at this one place. Her mouth is like always filled with gober. Every time she speaks, it's what comes out. She is such a cruel and nasty person who lacks any empathy and sanity. She sees poor people as slaves and undeserving of any respect, and always defends rich people because of her inferiority complex against them. She has no self-respect. It says a lot about her character which is so vile and infuriating. Crazily enough, she loves her son Tejas with full conviction but she is actively partial towards her other sons. Her brain goes like Tejas > Akash > Sachin. The only reason why I have put her second is because she is upfront with her intentions. Tbh I just feel like she is habituated to taunting Sachin but does not genuinely hate him like she claims. She does have a soft corner for Sachin that she would never show because her ego won't allow it, but Renuka does genuinely hate Sailee to the core and it builds even more when Sachin sides with Sailee.

3. Shobha lol. This woman never supports her daughter and always tells her to stay doormat to her in-laws. Sachin used to be a hardcore alcoholic and he was so close to slapping Sailee so many times but then backtracked or his dad stopped him. It's nice that Sachin changed but imagine if he didn't and started abusing her. Even then Shobha would've been like tolerate it and things will get better. Mothers like her are the reasons why their daughters die from marital abuse. Saving a marriage does not mean not standing up for yourself. More so Shobha really expects Sailee to suffer until Renuka dies or stops abusing her. Like when Chandu harassed Sailee and Renuka blamed Sailee, Shobha told Sailee to shut up. Even in the initial episodes when Sachin would come home drunk and fight with her, or when Sachin brought her to his friends' home at night to party, got super drunk and then she got accused for being a call girl, Shobha blamed Sailee for not adjusting like wtf 🤡 Shobha does not deserve a daughter like Sailee who does so much for them. She respects Renuka more than Sailee and thinks its Sailee's job to tolerate Renuka's abuse her whole life for free.

4. Tejas aka our very own bhagodimaina 🕊️🏃‍♀️This guy is such a clown, but ngl he is an entertaining clown. All he does is get scammed or scams others 🤣 Dude is so educated but still has nothing to offer even himself, much less to his wife. He deserves everything that comes his way. He is so selfish and thinks too highly of himself, a total extremist personality. I really want to see Tejas fully regretting ditching Sailee on the mandap after Roshni's truth comes out. He needs to feel the humiliation, pain, and suffering that Sailee felt when he insulted her by eloping. And I so want to watch him fall flat on his face with all the lies he piles up. He also needs to suffer for sending Sachin to jail. It's insane how he actually loves Roshni, but he also has some cheater vibes. If he ever gets rich, his superiority complex is going to skyrocket. Why do I feel like he would cheat on Roshni one day and that would be her defense when her truth comes out lol

I am glad that you put Paresh first as he is most definitely the worst character in this show and a bigger enemy than Renuka, who is at least vile upfront unlike him who is sweet poison. Shobha is another pathetic character who is no better than Renuka. Maa ke naam pe kalank hai woh. I’d rather Sailee be an orphan than have a mother like her who is worse than an enemy.

I hope the makers realize that nobody is really liking Paresh. A confrontation scene between Sachin and Paresh about his partiality will be such a sight to watch in the long run 😂

Sachi yaar! Renu toh muh pe bolti hai lekin Paresh toh lomri jaisa hai. Aur Shobha toh layak hee nahi hai. Remember when Sachin asked for Juhi's hand in marriage for Akash, Shobha ne mana kardiya tha because of Renu's toxicity but why didn't she think of that during Sailee's time?

I have just started watching the show on Hulu and omg I can't tell you how much I dislike Paresh's character. The one scene I thoroughly enjoyed was when Sayali confronted him few days after her wedding to Sachin, when she said he was the one solely responsible for her misery. I also disliked him a lot when he went to Ajji's village with Renu to invite her for Tejas's wedding. Why should he agree to Renu's whims about giving 10 tola gold to Tejas's wife when he knows financially they are on a sticky ground. Instead of strictly saying no to his evil wife, he takes money from his mother and then tries to show how smart he is by telling Sachin Sayali that he tricked Renu into doing all household chores. Renu spews venom 24*7 on Sachin and Sayali when she has absolutely no leg to stand on, unemployed bhagoda Tejas who she glorifies all the time is a useless, free loader, buffoon and all Paresh does is stand and stare her with his frog eyes. I think I hate him more than Renu.

You know what's actually insane is that he was promoted as a positive character. He actually deserves all the hate he is getting. Paresh is so freaking entitled that he believes he's always right and emotionally blackmails Sachin to get his way.

And right!! Paresh did nothing big by making Renu do household chores like why was he so proud of that??

Renu is going to suffer the most if Sachin and Sailee leave so I don't understand why she is so hellbent on kicking them out. All of them are idiots.

It is a much needed post. It's good that you came up with this topic, otherwise there wouldn't be much scope to express my views. Coming to Paresh, he accidentally killed Sayali's father and wanted Sayali as his DIL. He arranged Tejas's marriage with Sayali, much against his wishes. He is so foolish that he gave money to Tejas to marry Sayali and gave him the scope to run away with it. Had he told Tejas that he will get money only after marrying Sayali, it would have been a different story. In that case, even if Renuka beats Sayali, Tejas would have been fine with it. The mother and son would plan to get rid of Sayali either by hook or by crook. When Tejas ran away, he fixed Sachin's marriage with Sayali to save his family prestige. When Renuka taunts Sachin and Sayali, Paresh's support is weak. I like Ajji. At least she gives a strong support to Sayali. When Renuka taks nonsense, Paresh tolerates most of them. When all three brothers their wives, and Renuka get into heated argument, Paresh stops only SaChi, but hardly tells anything to Renuka and Tejas without knowing the fact. He tells Renuka only when Sayali raises her voice. Furthermore, he also advised Sachin not to bring out Rishi's beauty parlour truth, assuming that Renuka knows it. Oh really?? If Renuka knew the reality then do you think she would dote upon her like how she's doing today? Would Renuka and Tejas spare her? On the contrary, they will throw Roshni out of the house, especially if they get to know about her previous marriage and her family background. Sachin is blindly worshipping that guy and does whatever he says whether he likes it or not.

The second character I hate is Renuka. She is a nasty woman who hates poor people. Only good thing about her is she doesn't pretend like Paresh. But I hate Renuka more than Paresh in some respects. I hate the distinction between the rich and the poor. So, I hate Renuka more than Paresh. The latter is a mute spectator most of the times and would say only if Sachin or Sayali tells him make Renuka shut her mouth. She looks for different ways to degrade Sayali and Sachin. She looks upon Sayali as a servant. It was because of her nasty, the latter gave away her mangalsutra and jewellery. She insulated Sachin saying that an ordinary taxi driver will be able to get only half gram mangalsutra only when they reach 60s. But he bought 1 gram and won the challenge. Renuka taunted that Sachin is bragging as if he brought 60 grams. I fast forward her nonsense dialogues very often.

Shobha is another hateful character, but if I take from Deshmukh family, it will be Tejas

(Bhagodamaina) and Roshni(Laali powder)

Tejas gets scammed or scams others. He agreed to marry Sayali to get money from his dad. He ran away on marriage day. Sachin married her on Paresh's request. Tejas is a Mumma's boy and does whatever she tells him to do. He looks for different ways to humiliate SaChi. Though he's highly educated, he keeps changing his jobs for some reason or the other. He lied about his job when Renuka told him to do. When Dilip came to Deshmukh house, Tejas, Renuka, and Roshni humiliates him and held his collar. Tejas pushed him, but Sachin rescued him and confronted them. Sachin sold his car to treat Paresh when the latter got the heart attack because of Akya's re-entry. He took the car on rent. When he went to the lender for money, he beat him up for talking bad about his father. The lender took revenge by taking back the car and ensured that Sachin doesn't get driver's job anywhere. But he managed to get a cleaner's job. When Roshni saw Sayali with the new buyer, she told Renuka that Sachin is jobless for which Tejas taunted that Sachin must work in a beer shop. He didn't do any work and whiled away his time in the park. Now he is working as a waiter in a hotel, but is hiding it from the family.

Roshni aka Kalyani lied about her name and background only to marry Tejas. She covers up for Tejas's mistakes and insanely defends him. She makes fun of Sachin saying that he can't complete a sentence without drinking. Only to be in Renuka's good books she dances to her tunes. But she doesn't respect her mom and never allowed her to attend her wedding because she's afraid that all her secrets will come out. To redeem the house she sold her parlour but his it from the family.

Tejas and Roshni are fraud couples. Hope she gets exposed soon
