It is not mentioned but I am guessing. During the exile, they were forbidden from intimacy, Ram kept his vow and his brothers also followed the same since Bharat was adamant that he should never stand in the way of Ram becoming king again. Having a child will create trouble again since the eldest son is crowned according to their tradition. He didn't want his sons to stand in the way of Ram's progeny nor did he want people to gossip that he put his bloodline on the throne. Lakshman and Shathrugan probably felt the same. Hence all brothers waited till Sita conceived and after getting the news the rest of them had no restrictions since presumably the one who conceives first gives birth first. Hence my guess is that the first 5 of them were probably born around the same time - maybe within a year and few months from each other, with Luv Kush being the eldest, followed by Taksh and then Angad and then probably Subahu. The rest of them maybe were born much later. Sita was exiled when she was full term pregnant and it's possible that they knew she was carrying twins but there's also a chance they didn't know for sure. Besides, after Sita being exiled the family would have been sad and Shathrugan was sent to Mathura to fight Lavanasur as well. Thus, the family must have had a lot in mind with 3 new kids being born/about to be born. Hence I think the rest of them were born later unless there were twins in the bunch.
Bharat fighting against the Gandharvas happened after Bhumi pravesh if I am not mistaken (he took 5 years to help his uncle and then came back to Ayodhya) and by this time his sons were grown up.
