I feel he's some maids boyfriend or someone...these maids work 24/7 with one day off or not even that.

In a 4 storied house if he hides also they won't know. Maybe he entered at 9 pm or so and they knew Kareena was going to meet her friends also.

He had some small weapon only like a blade. Not some sophisticated one.

Once a sick relative had kept a maid. That lady s husband keeps disappearing and comes once a month. He came to their building and started shouting from down asking her to come out etc. Maybe he wanted money.

Last I read was Saif will be undergoing for a surgery. Wow I wonder if his spine is okay. I feel bad for Saif. They should had hired professional caregiver or helpers(I wonder if they did).

In news discussion also one ex ips officer was saying just for cost cutting many celebs hire someone for cheaper rates and not someone whose background has been checked .

Deepika, Shahid, Anushka, Katrina etc stay in huge gated communities a bit far away. There the security is very good better than single rise buildings.

But Kareena s parents and sister stay this side, so may be she opted to be here.

Been 12 hrs I read this and still not able to process. I dont think it’s burglary. What was the man doing in the kids’ room in that case ? Who comes to a celeb’s house to rob 1 crore cash ? Huh.

Not sure but I highly suspect hate crime, might be wrong. Either that, or simple case of maid’s messed up lovelife affair with wrong man.

Well based on the news that has come out - the "burglar" entered Jeh and Taimur's room first. A female employee saw him and tried to stop him and he attacked her (assaulted her). Saif heard and intervened and that's when he got stabbed 6 times and the knife got left in one of his wounds, which was removed at the hospital. FYI a couple of sites did say "burglars" as in plural, as in multiple perps. There was also something about 1 crore demand. I mean it's all out there in front of us but also maybe there's something that hasn't been put in front of us. But sure let's just call it burglary.

Let's add to that this perp or perp(s) knew the layout of the building, somehow got in without being seen (at least from what we know so far), knew exactly which room to go to on in a 4-floor house, and got away without getting caught.

I didn't recognize the name, so I Googled it and now I get why you underlined and highlighted the Inspector's name. It does tie in with the "burglary".

okay so saif wounds are found on leg and neck? It has to be group of people came to his house and physical abuse said. That skinny guy cannot do this alone.

The media coverage of this is a perfect example of Chinese whispers. It’s started with Saif tried to intervene in a fight between his maid and someone, and now the latest headline is someone was taking Taimur and Jeh hostage. The sensationalization of this is pathetic really and I genuinely don’t think we know anymore today than we did last night. Until proven otherwise I still believe this was a case of their maid letting someone in for personal reasons and the situation turned into a fight which escalated into the attack on Saif.

All that being said, I agree with everyone that celebs should probably keep their kids even more guarded and private now. Same with their private residences.

Kareena's residence is the most papped Bollywood residence in recent times. The paps are not stationed constantly outside SRK, Salman's houses. I barely recollect the paps filming Aamir, Akki, Ajay, Hrithik's residences . Kareena Saif are the opposite extreme of Rani Aditya, Virat Anushka when it comes to their children's privacy. They should have really known better before letting the paps film their house and the kids almost everyday.

In single rise buildings, it's easy to pap as they stand outside the compound wall. If it's a gated community with many buildings inside they can't enter the main gate also . All the buildings inside will be hidden.

Many paps know their car nos also and follow them.

Of course these ppl also pay the paps in most cases n airport etc.
