bipolar is a serious mental condition which should not be referred lightly but I do not think she was being bipolar. When someone forces us to take a decision, we often tend to make hasty decisions that we might regret later. She had only heard rumours about him so far. so when he brought rishta, she was left floundering. did she accept the rishta based on her gut instinct and what she knew of the man or was she supposed to reject it considering what she heard of him and moreover of someone who her mother did not approve? the shoe bites only if worn..
@teal: that is exactly what KRQ or whoever devised the script wanted I guess. Bilal is the farishta and Sadaf is the cruel, *selfish* lady who did not respect someone who loved her. So does that mean she should have told him yes even though she did not have any feelings for him only based on the favours he did ? she is marrying him, not doing a favour on him. A marriage done as a favour would never stand. Does not a girl have the right to say NO - no matter what the guy has done for her ? that is the crux of the issue. Every single woman has the right to choose her life partner, and it need not be because he has favored her/ helped her. Bilal might have loved her but Sadaf had no such feelings for him.
