Rahat who was sitting beside Chahat first enquired about it and When Chahat reiterated he said 'Achchha Bahut Himmat hai'. 
He didn't say anything else but Uska tone se lag raha hi, Kar ke dikhao agar himmat hai to.
But that's my interpretation.
