Sallu questioned him about his statement on Voilence as In Ladki ke saath jyada Voilent nahi hounga main. Then sallu told about the threats he gave to Chahat. 'Main Avinash/vivian/rajat nahin hoon. Main Choti Kaat dunga aur Doll jala dunga'.
Rahat who was sitting beside Chahat first enquired about it and When Chahat reiterated he said 'Achchha Bahut Himmat hai'. 
He didn't say anything else but Uska tone se lag raha hi, Kar ke dikhao agar himmat hai to.
But that's my interpretation.
