If it's about marriage, I don't think editors made a mistake. I have two explanation of the promo voiceover:
1. They cut random words together, like replacing "faryal" from the dialogue with "Nashwa" from some other dialogue to create suspense! They have 2 reasons to do that, one there were many edits of Ammar-Nashwa from episode 1 & the news of marriage would thrill many of those!
And other reason, they were showing how crooked Bakhtiar was, like how he stops Nashwa from working by proposing marriage while canceling marriage with Faryal for she's a working woman as his wife explained to him : ek teer se do nishaane! By doing that Nashwa will become defensive about marriage & getting permission for work wouldn't be her priority anymore until she will solve this new problem called Ammar se nikaah!
2. Or they knowingly added dialogues from future episode to keep viewers hooked about why that accouncement came out of blue, soon after talking about Faryal-Ammar proposal!
But I don't think it was a mistake from the makers because it's the same people who gave us many scenes in teasers & OST which was brilliantly edited that the reality was something else! Aur hamaari theory bana banaake bura haal ho gaya! For example, the early morning scene of Ammar-Nashwa, I always thought it's either after Ammar-Nashwa nikaah or it could be a moment in which Ammar & Nashwa started to care for each other (don't laugh at me now, because after seeing how Ammar fought with his friend when he touched Nashwa, mera dimaag titanic(kharaab) ho gaya tha

If these are lollipops we better not be served with them in future. I don't think Faryal has major consequential role in the crux of the story, she'd only change dynamics and we'd get to know kaun kiske saath shaadi karega
I still want Bisma and Nashwa to ditch these goggled one dimensional Romeos, take Behzaad's money and flee but I'll get back to it later
--- About murder I meant Maheen was meant to die from story's POV, it didn't come as surprise to me like it did to others. We'd already predicted that from teasers that she didn't appear in court scenes, remember? Instead Asim's whole family was in court. My next prediction is i don't think Ammar hit her for reasons we already discussed in previous thread, but let's see... I might be wrong kyuki gaadi uski hi thi.🤷

. There's a scene where Nashwa is crying, and Burhan is trying to convince her of something. I have a feeling he might also end up being one of those who convinces her to marry Ammar.
