The moving part...I don't think it was a requirement but BB did say in announcement "stretcher pakkad ke ghumna shuru kardenge". But I think they would have explicitly said it that you should be constantly moving if it was a requirement.

Judging by BB's announcement, lying down and holding the strecher might/could also be considered breaking a rule...
