Bahurani did try to do false play and weeken Vivian mentally in the start..look like initially she herself fell.KV also making Vivian guilt trip through out but last pull of Vivian was bit rash..it seems Chum got hurt badly then.

Chum was always aggressive in task so nothing new about her..
