And out of court settlement was not her call to make coz she's not victim. If victim wants his culprit to get punishment then he's fully correct.

Baat galat nahi ku but consequences to sehne hi padenge dono ko.

That's how the cycle is so far when one gives up the other tries to hold on, now Armaan has given up so Abhira will try to hold on.

Ya it's Abhirs call and Vidya is punished, now apart from court case based on family equation how can Armaan forget about Vidya being jailed and again go back to Abhira?

Not as a lawyer but as a sister. Asking your brother for it only because they are your inlaws is wrong.
