Episode begins with AbhiMaan have disagreement n face off over fighting for Abhir and Shielding Vidya . Armaan states that Abhira did nit listen to him or trust him or care for the family , he severes relationships with her n drives off. Ab is distraught n asks him to wait , her brother needed justice , she loved Armaan very much and weeps for him.
Abhira hears noise from Abhir’s room n finds him fallen off the bed on to the floor . She takes care of him , he asks if Armaan was there to meet her n they had a fight . He was trying to see but his feet failed him n he fell down . He regrets she was jeopardising her marriage because of him, he wipes her tears . Ab states he is her brother and she will fight for him . He feels happy that she gave more importance to him than marriage to Armaan . Abhir is very happy to see someone giving him so much love n importance . He yearned for family all his life , he had no one who bothered or cared for him, now he has her who is giving him so much importance .

At Poddar house Sanjay wants to discuss their strategy at court as they get ready to fight Ab who had filed case against Vidya. Sanjay asks Ruhi to leave as he did nit want their strategy to be leaked to Ab .

Ruhi feels annoyed but leaves after giving Phupha sa mouthful . She over hears they were planning to lie t court that Vidya was with them at family gathering n not driving g the car n not present at the accident site at all . Euhi over hears this and passes this secret message to Ab . Warns her to feel free to win the case if she is confident that truth will make her win or use lies just like Poddars .

Vidya is distraught as the family prepares for court case. Kv calms n hugs her . Ar hugs her n reassures he will never allow his mother to be jailed .
Kiara wants to meet Abhir but is stopped by Aryan and Krish . They have argument .

Charu comes to meet Abhura n hands him a file where his organiser has not filed any cases against Him . Abhura lashes out n bad mouths organisers . He then asks Charu not to show sympathy n he did nit want sympathy from organisers either. Charu gives him a mouthful and shows him the mirror . Abhir develops liking for Charu and appreciates the way she handled the issue .

At court Goenkas and Poddars come face to face . AbhiMaan have face off . AbhiRa snatches away the tortoise which was Ar’s good luck charm and accuses him that he was taking help of lies to fight this case n was not being honest like he used to be . He did nit deserve this charm . She keeps it with herself .

At the court Sanjay whispers to Ar bad mouthing abut Mr Santosh who was fighting from Abhir’s side and assures he was incompetent. He assures Ar that he will win the case easily against him. Abhira is seen briefing and discussing with Mr Santosh .
As session begins Judge grants permission to Abhir to remain absent from the court because if his health condition . Ar wants same permission for Vidya but judge denies as she was charged with very serious offences . To the shock of Poddars Mr Santosh fights the case with expertise .

Lawyer Mr Santosh states that footage from the nearby cctv camera shows the incident clearly . The view shows Vidya running away after checking on unconscious Abhir lying on the road side . Judge declares Vidya to be jailed for ten years . Vidya is terrified n faints . Armaan rushes to his maa. AbhIra shows her concern . Angry Ar orders Ab tk stay away and live with the regret that Vidya’s condition and punishment happened because of Abhira. Abhira is shocked
