When I first signed reddit I was like so much frustrated and disturbed with all that lame reasoning and all. Wahaj has proved himself as a versatile actor who is critically acclaimed not just famous, he got famous very later. He was declared best actor in 2022 by many reviewers for JBG when he wasn't famous and he is so versatile from Basim to Murtasim to Saad to Bilal Abdullah etc. The actors whom they say best may not pull murtasim kind of character along with what they do. But I agree they are also best. I don't like this bullying.

And Yumhaj most of fans don't fall for bullying and all but yes they like their pair a lot and I do like, But its just some around bunch of people who is behind like he is good only with Yumna and call off and label other actors. For Maya as she is like a family friend to Wahaj and Sana as said even by Yumna once they just target any pic or shoot of her with him, As a celebrity they will meet occasionally and definitely as friends may take some pic and talk with each other and those toxic people can't digest. On other hand Sana is private person and also wahaj and they won't upload their family pics and those people will try to make fake news and what not.

The romance in Ishw Jalebi was more cutesy. Of course nothing like TB level but the script and character helped with that too. In his interview with Hassan, Hassan mentioned how he has chemistry with all his heroines and this was before TB (Yumna was included in this list). I also saw an old video interview of him with Fuchsia where she talked about how romance is his forte and this also was before TB. Tere Bin just took him to another level.

I agree about his emotional scenes.

In 2021 alone he had chemistry with 4 different actresses - Yumna ( DNTUN), Maya (JBG), Hiba (Fitoor), Madiha(IJ)

His emotional scenes we have seen him do brilliantly in multiple shows and contexts, bringing in a lot of variation. Rumi's intensity, Jimmy's empathy, Saad's breakdown, Junaid's anger and agony after the accident, Bilal's pain after the wedding - has shown so much range and versatility. It is really his forte.

Like I said, one Tere Bin doesn't make it a forte. To establish romance as a forte, he needs to do different types of romance and bring more variations. Same with comedy. One IJ is not enough to establish comedy as a forte. There is potential, but he needs to show more range and versatility and consistent level of high performance in both these genres before I can call them his forte.

I won't categorize either four as romance. IJ maybe as rom-com but it wasmore light n the from part than other romcoms.

Coming back to the show, I believe this picture is the key to understand how the story would progress. I am pretty sure that the right hand is Wahaj but the mystery is that who is the lady on the left ?

Fitoor was not Wahaj ka romance. It was just a few episodes. Also unpopular opinion Wahaj was competent in Fitoor but I wouldn't call it a top-notch performance either.

Jitna "romance" DNUTN or JBG main Wahaj ka tha usse 10 times zyada "action" Wahaj ne TB main kya tha. But nobody's calling him an action hero for that. You can't say romance is someone's forte based on shows and cktrs with just a hint of romance.
