Why is Akshay Kumar allowed to do films?

I am shocked he still gets movies. Does he influence the producers or he has a lot of power?

I wouldn't invest anything in him.

I hope all his movies flop this year.

Simple, he is doing a lot of crap in the past few years and most of the movies are big disasters. So, why should producers cast him if he can't guarantee an initial or hit movie? He has 2-3 crore openings now. That is pathetic.

Age is not on his side either. Just retire gracefully.

Akshay is almost 60 now romancing heroines like Sara Ali Khan. It's embarrassing.

He needs to play father roles or come in supporting roles that are suited for his age.

That is actually suitable for him.

Since when does the real age of a person matter in a reel world? And obviously there are still people who - for whatever reasons - invest money to make a movie with Akshay. As long as he doesn't get caught doing criminal things, it's not a question of "allowing" him to star in movies.
