I was watching re-run of rishta gen 1 on sitara utsav and their Ak was not well on karwachauth so naitik was insisting her to break her fast and eat her something infact her in laws were supporting naitik. Ak was hesitant though because she started keeping that fast when he was in coma.

And then naitik fed her fruits in afternoon because she was feeling dizzy.

It was so nicely done and gave right message too. Ki khudki health par bhi dhyaan dena chahiye.

Gen 1 was so progressive but look at it's successors.
