I feel the same....he is kinda confident that if he is meant to be in finale, he would be there and if not, that's destiny then. He doesnt want to restrict Avinash in anyway from reaching there....he is okay even if Avinash tries doing that by stepping over him only....his not reacting and hugging Avinash and loving Avinash and letting things go would never let audience fully hate Avinash for betraying him....because betrayal ka affect vivian ko show karna hai, for audience to be completely affected. Vivian doesnt want to destroy his game like that. Kaafi complicated sa hai I know but vivian ko sympathy nahi chahiye aur na hi apni fan following Avinash ke against chahiye.
