Jadeja, rohit, virat , bumrah all are 30 plus.

Except bumrah, all 3 lack the intent, determination to stay on the crease and play a sensible innings for the team.

Top order is not performing as per their caliber, hence the pressure automatically shifts to lower order batsmen to score runs and eventually avoid the follow on and save the match.

I don't like how Jadeja keeps getting clubbed with those who aren't performing.

This is Jadeja's 2nd test and the 2nd time he bat, still has more score than most of the players in team.

On top of that Selfless and Best Captain hasn't used him and Washington well that too on the pitch which helps Spin, still has took 3 wickets in this match, that is 2nd best to Bumrah who took 4 wickets.

& in this and last match where Jadeja played if we combine Rohit and Virat ka score it will be still less than what Jadeja scored.

In last series too he was joint highest wickettaker, and is 2nd highest scorer in tests this year for India that too even when he played less Tests on top of that he is ICC No.1 Test All Rounder and is miles ahead than the person on 2nd number.

It is annoying how he keeps getting clubbed with those who aren't performing but won't be hyped if he does well. Last match he was one of the reason why we saved follow on.
