My take (whatever celebs it concerns): it is up to the respective person(s) to handle paparazzi and media... asking for not clicking pics of the kid = okay, ignoring photographers' shoutings = okay...don't care for media = okay, greeting media and posing for pics = okay...

I like how SRK doesn't cater to media more than accepting that they are there.
