Isn’t she over 45? Very difficult to conceive naturally after this age.

They could consider surrogacy or adoption as an alternative.

she is 44

she is not conceiving naturally..she is using IVF..had 4 failed attempts and this was her 5th attempt which resulted in miscarriage..

if she has frozen her eggs..she can still carry her baby through IVF no..or does age play a factor there..?
