I think Chum was clear about it. She had told Shilpa, Karan & Shrutika about her outside relationship. She stated the same front of Salman. Karan is also not clear about commitment due to his past history of multiple divorces. Both are clear. Both are using each other for the game.
Just because Chum is a girl I see many are calling her out & blaming her. Both are equally involved in this.
