Is BB18 plagued by politics this year?

After BigBoss collaboration with JioCinema (owned by a big supporter of ruling party), this season of BB seems to have a few political repercussions:

1. Inclusion of Gunaratna Sadavarte and Bagga Ji. While Bagga Ji was protected so far without doing anything, Gunaratna would also have gone far had it not been fear of his speech riling up few ppl after the high-profile murder.

2. Inclusion and promotion of Rajat Dalal, inspite of his criminal cases. RD's political leaning is well-known.

3. Repeated insult of Chahat Pandey who stood in election from an opposition party.

Even during the journalist interrogation, Rajat Dalal's deeds were kind of whitewashed (with lot of praises after naming his criminal cases) but Chahat Pandey was thoroughly insulted by bringing in negligible votes, court case etc without praising her even once. In fact, right from the 1st day, CP has been repeatedly brought down by makers and host. Even her potty habits were repeatedly highlighted by BB makers, something never done so far in the show.

4. The primary contender for BB18 win - Vivian DSena has started being demotivated by BB18 makers with allegations of no-spine etc to enable easy victory for Rajat.

5. Since Digvijay refused to align with Rajat and instead befriended Chahat Pandey, he is also regularly insulted by makers and host. Kashish and other housemates are encouraged to speak against him.

The only time CP and Digvijay were kind of praised by the host was when CP was good friends with Rajat (kind of political gathbandhan).

All of BB18 violence by Rajat has been ignored while most viewers agree that Digvijay would be thrown out of the show as soon as he makes a false move.

All this does lead me to believe that this year's favoritism is not towards Colors' actors or to contestants known by the host. Rather it is a political leaning!
