I don't know if Vivian was actually being sarcastic with Eisha or not - because he was on point about Eisha being slow on purpose but then she as usual put a baby face to make it seem like her attempt was genuine and avoided that convo.

AM was rude. It's very unfortunate Vivian still listens to him. But I think it was clear that AM wanted to save Bhaggu and Vivian wanted to save himself - he told Eisha to pick up his photo and run.
