But the thing is Ana already knew , she was just in denial as she could not trust him so easily. I would love to see more of the other characters' reactions to them falling in love, honestly. Shamsher ke reaction me maza aa rha tha (it reminded me of the ladki ka chakar hai baby bhaiya meme which I have always had issues with bcz of it shifting the blame on the woman instead of the man who is doing the action) but still I want to see more of other people just reacting to it - a bas shock for their fathers and dadi especially when they see them together would be hilarious.

Btw vo dadi bahot badtameez hai, she saved her son Aurangzeb from Nauroz Adam but she didn't care about Nimra not will she care about Shahmir beyond the point she can use him as a tool to accomplish her goals.

That Dadi is so hateful I don’t care what wrongs happened to her in the past, she’s just so selfish and vile and even her own sons are tools for her to exact her revenge.

What I would give for Shahmir and Ana to be open about their relationship in front of the likes of her and Nauroz ! It would be a TREAT

Literally SO MUCH HAPPENS in an episode! So much ! I would love to have it playing more than once a week but I feel now the story is so rich and the moments so MANY, that it does take us a week to fully enjoy and analyze them

We need a week to process and savor it lol - I think this weeks highlight was the elopement and also the Shamsher kill. Kafi epic tha

Exactly sometimes I wish that I had started Duniyapur after it had ended to be able to binge watch it. But then I'm like no bcz I wouldn't have been able to savour it like this that way- waiting the whole week for Wednesday, researching my favourite scenes, looking at their new edits, reviews & tweets about the show, discussing about it here & trying to guess (and never ever able to guess what happens next- love the unpredictability) , imagining so many different things that could happen, obsessing over tiny details from the OST (which I have seen so many times and paused even more times to get glimpses of the future) - this is all a different kind of experience.

The best thing is that this is just episode 12. And so much has happened. And the love story is well under way. Perfect time to get hooked to this story and really enjoy it. The reviews have been good too. I know this genre isn’t for everyone but I’ve seen so many people who wrote it off and are now re joining the show after those Ana Shahmir scenes went viral

I think this will be about 24-26 episodes. Most Green shows are short which is great. This means pace won’t be compromised and we will still get a crisp story.

Haina I still like Shahmir's mom for calling her out that one time (when she called her Dayan lol) even though the mom is passive (& I would really like to see her support & stand up for her kids to her husband). Btw I noticed in the OST that the mom was looking happy at AnaMir's wedding even though both of them looked as if koi zabardasti krva rha ho shaadi.

This show's success makes me so happy as if mere hi paise lge ho ispe. The way I keep track of how it's doing and mentally judge all the captions they put out- they should just hire me in the marketing team 😭 It made me return to IF after so long. I wasn't even aware IF had a PTV page before but now I have started watching PTV shows and this one is my favourite out of the ones I have watched. A factor in that is also bcz the rest of the ones were already completed so aise invest hone ka chance nhi mila. This binge culture has honestly erased the 'sabra ka phal meetha hota hai' out of our hearts.

I love the scene where she calls her Dayan lol. Dil ki muraad puri ker di uss ne I think she’s mostly a helpless character though because she holds no power in that house. Keeps begging her husband to spare her kids. Quite a sad life. But yes I do love the moments she has where she calls HIM out and his mom out too. It’s not that she doesn’t have a voice. She does. But unfortunately she doesn’t have power. I also liked that she kept tabs on her daughter Nimra when she was with the Nawabs. Humanity is so rare in this show that I love the characters who do end up showing it.

Which brings me to the mom smiling at the wedding. Doesn’t look like a scene which happened post an attack right? Everyone looks too calm and collected. And why would the mom be happy with this match if Shahmir isn’t? I think she would love the fact that it’s a love match. Which explains the smile.

As for Ana and Shahmir maybe they’re just looking a bit severe since they’re the heirs of these two clans and have to look the part? Look at the wardrobe. Ab uss main giggle kertay hoye tou achay nahi lagain ge na?

I’m kind of holding off on looking at the ost video in TOO much detail because I feel the show is better when it doesn’t get spoiled. I mean LOOK at this week. So many Ana Shahmir scenes we didn’t think we would get. Her car breaking down was never something we knew right? But such a cute moment. Then him killing Shamsher. OMG. What an epic moment.

So for now I’m just chilling and letting it be. The show is chaotic but I trust it to take us to the right moments when it comes to the love story. This has been handled so well so far.

Same. The success feels personal somehow lol. Maybe because I saw so many leaving the show after a few episodes. But I’m so glad I stuck with it. It just got better and better every week.

The term chemistry has been thrown around so loosely lately (after Tere Bin, I feel) but this is the first time I felt a couple click and at the right time too. Because previously they were enemies and behaved like it too. But now the equation changed so organically and the chemistry is just amazing to see. These two have evolved around each other so much.

I was initially thinking the same but eventually gave in and went surfing for spoilers in the OST (lack of self control). But vaise bhi I think ki OST generally tries to mislead us. For eg yesterday's scene of Ana calling Shahmir janwar like everybody else - a trailer had me believe that Shahmir will do some dhokha when I first saw it so long ago. Then there are some scenes that I have no idea as to how will we even reach that point like AnaMir lying down on the green grass and chilling.

Yeah the mom being happy gives me hope but this could be before the attack bcz there was a shot of Ana shooting people in her bridal attire in the outdoors in one of the teasers so that's a stress point for sure.

But I want to trust the makers since they have went over and above our expectations so far. Let's see what happens.
