I think the context matters here. There was some cheap context to Sid Rashmi thing , also he made some gesture as well. I dont remember very well. Anyway that thing was dragggged for no reason and Sid got a clean chit ki Rashmi- you understood wrongly . They had a past relationship /fling too?

The context here ( i havent watched the epi myself) started with tu kone me jake chugliyan karti hai, character assassination etc coz he was in the CR for her interview, so theres no dirty meaning attached to aisi ladki as far as I gather from the updates.

Tldr- just a difference of context.
