I don't know if I blame DV here, Vivian stopped the fight and DV pushed Vivian away, but obviously the guy was super flared up already due to Rajat. And anyway, it was right after this when Eisha told Vivian about DV's comment which is when Vivian flared up. Otherwise Vivian didn't seem to bother by DV pushing him back.
I blame Eisha for a part of it.

BB wants to do eviction through housemates only when they want to remove a contestant who audience won’t so maybe that’s true.
