She was a perfect mother. She bought Abhira up beautifully didn't let her own past be a shadow for Abhira and made sure that Abhira was protected even in her last breaths. Sure she didn't tell Abhira about Abhir and saved her the pain of loosing sibling long before her birth as she believed Abhir to be no more.

Maybe they will realize once they themselves become a mother the pain mother goes through so that her child stays happy and positive.

Why didn’t Akshara shield her daughter from the pain of losing a father by finding another one, just as she did for Abhir?
