Why was she soooo sad, scared and shocked.,as if heard it for the first time and she truly had a "sukhi sansaar" that is about to break....,..Yeh kya ghatiya way hai....Such a pathetic character... Everytime I watch her on screen I myself feel embarrassed as a woman myself

The scene that was impactful but was not harnessed completely for the lay audience was when Ani held her hand and they moved forward and their bgm played ; the juxtaposition of the Jhanak and Ani at Jammu was required on the screen. To emphasise the similarities and the contrasts…

Lots to write on that scene… but drained emotionally to write it as the butchering of characterisation all around has been relentless.

Chandni needs to go to a voice coach urgently. She does not get that raising voice doesn’t mean shouting - get the difference. My ears were splitting

Krushal was also raising his voice and at decibel probably even higher than Chandni but he had extreme control over the projection of the voice.

Anyways nothing much to write on the BH drama -

Hey I also loved the first scene between RuNak....

The one thing I love about this show is how beautifully they show Anirudh as all encompassing relationship in Jhanak 's life..

When in Kashmir her mother died..he showed such heart melting care and compassion...cooked for her,fed her,caressed her head while she was lying down... exactly how a mother does...and the bgm....

Yesterday when her father left her... without much hullabaloo Anirudh immediately assumed the position of her father...One who became her protector...He talked to her so sweetly & made her understand as if she was a child ..and Jhanak was looking at him not as his lover but how a cute, innocent but lost child, daughter specially looks at her father with hope and expectations...in search of a " strength"..and he did that...

He grabbed her hand and started walking by talking the lead as if literally teaching her to walk all over again when she has lost the will to..and she just blindly following him...

The camera angle also showed Anirudh as this giant figure and Jhanak so tiny before him...and the bgm...of " aye zindagi gale laga le"....oh life embrace me...

Such beautiful way to show how Anirudh becomes exactly what Jhanak needs at that time....

She was . Bhot badi Wali psycho thi didi. She saw imlie with vermillion or pagal hi ho gayi dekh kar lol. Puri chudail Wali vibes de rahi thi staring at her with so much hatered as if she's going to kill her through her eyes . And this was the time she didn't knew anything about adilie wedding....koi idea hi nahi tha isko She still behaved as if imlie ne iska sindoor laga liya hai. Phir baad main toh puri chudail ban hi gayi thi lol.

Arey she was next level psycho yaar. People got fooled by her initial goody goody act and considered her positive character. Lol but she always had obsessive and passive aggressive traits. Always guilt tripping Adi to make him feel like she is doing ehsaan by marrying him or staying with him. Lol she was Ekdum meethi chhuri types who used to manipulate with indirect taunts and guilt trips. Arshi is different in that she uses open aggression and force to get her way while Malini was more clever in her manipulation.

Not true. Malini never genuinely tried to move on with another guy. She made up a fake lover initially cuz she thought it would make Adi jealous and possessive of her. Instead that backfired on her cuz Adi was shown happy for her that she loves someone else who can make her happy unlike him. She used the fake BF for a while to portray that she hasn’t been left alone but she was always shown jealous and making faces seeing Adilie ki closeness. So no, she never really tried to move on. It was always passive aggressive and fake drama from her side

Thats why I felt Malini character was more impactful than Arshi's. There were good elements in the first 200 or so episodes. Malini was shown to be kind to Imlie when she saw Imlie as an inferior person to help and showcase her magnamity while she was not threatened by her.

Once she realized how Imlie was shortchanged in life, after the Pagdandia visit, she initially attempted to move away from Adilie, by pretending a relationship with the lawyer. Per my observation, it was Adi who messed everything up. While Imlie wanted to ensure Malini was given enough time to process what had happened and to be able to accept it; Adi took a very direct approach of showing explicitly how much he wanted to be with Imlie and how little he cared about or considered Malini's feelings. He easily accepted Malini's relationship with the lawyer guy His indifference to her caused her resentment about Adilie to grow and she came back for revenge. She turned a blind eye to Adi's faults and only focussed on Imlie as the wrong doer and went straight to the vampiest of modes.

In Imlie even though characterization change was drastic, there was consistency post change. Here in Jhanak the story is like whiplash. Ani confessed his love for J ages ago. Yet every other day by actors expression & dialogues, its seems like they just realized it.

Even the precap - Ani already accepted he loved Jhanak and only her. Yet Choton is still bringing the angle of confusion for Ani abt who he loves. Isnt that done and dusted.

Dialogues are so repetetive and mean nothing. How many times Arshi says if J will come she will leave the house and then nothing happens. Ani too, sometimes he is brutally direct with Arshi and other times he is considerate of his responsibilities to her. Pick one side everyone and stick with it till there is explanation for change. This show has become pathetic in terms of story now. Its just Runak left. Even though their magic has disappeared, they are still watchable.
