Malini was not abusive till first 225 episodes. After that.....she straight up became a criminal . And even though I hated that show because of what they did to such a beautiful relationship between adilie.....it was no way like jhanak. The family was really sweet . There were no special insult sessions bas bich bich main Malini ki maa muh utha ke a jati thi imlie ki insult karne. And everytime that happened....it was always in Imlie's favour. Bas maze ke liye insults nahi dikhate the.

This whole show from day 1 is all about how much insult and torture they can provide in one episode . Bas yahi story hai iss show ki. I was totally connected to the story till HA track. After that it's like someone suddenly took the decision to reverse everything and show a different story. Where everyone including jhanak forgets what bond she shares with Ani . Sab kuch jaise naye tarike se dikhana chahte hai . Lol characters ko gajni bana diya doesn't mean viewers are gajni too.

Lol it’s not exactly true that Malini didn’t do anything abusive before 200 episodes. Do you remember the screaming hell she raised after seeing sindoor on Imlie? Kaise uski sindoor bottle phenk di and phir aake apna sindoor dabba uske haath mein thama rahi thi? Even earlier than that, the way she was so jealous of Imlie getting appreciation in that press conference and giving her apni khud ki pehni hui sari khairat mein?

Malini did a looooot of meethi chhuri type passive aggressive roundabout insults of Imlie along the way even while trying to act fake nice with her. Lol 200 episodes ke baad she just became more heinous with things like creeping into Ani ka bed or trying to forcibly chipko with him to dance but she was never an actually sweet or good person in my eyes. Humesha se dikhava tha. Spoilt Princess putting on fake maturity ka mask which got ripped off the moment she saw people appreciating an lmlie she considered inferior.

Baaki yes, Jhanak is a totally different show jahaan toxicity is more open and constant. Yahaan ki Didi ko kuch chup ke karne ki zaroorat hi nahin Cuz everyday sabka memory reboot ho jaata hai to forget the events of the previous scene or epi 🤷‍♀️😂….no matter what level of heinous thing Arshi openly does in front of everyone, it either gets immediately dismissed or they all forget about it by the next scene and start talking about “Arshi achhi ladki hai, Ani ko shayad lagta hai he still loves her, wants to stay with her” 🤷‍♀️🙄😂

I think, what I able to understand, Ani ke andar abi bhi ye thought process hai that Arshi is his zimmedari as he loved her in past and because of past commitments, he is not able to ask her directly to leave him. So he wants Arshi to leave him instead.

Now, Chotton is trying to make him understand this only that you're a good human that's why you're unable to come from Arshi zimmedari zone, but you never loved her. That was attraction only, the feeling of love you understand from Jhanak.

Chotton wants him to take the step forward now for all three life's, to choose Jhanak and marry her and want him to come out from Arshi zimmedari mode.

@bold: That reasoning would work if Ani hadn’t already CLEARLY told Arshi during HA track to leave him many times. Even after J ki death news came, he said it in many scenes that he doesn’t want to live with Arshi. But conveniently evil people dismissed that after a few days ki Ani bas beemari and sadme mein aevein bol raha tha and didn’t mean it 🤷‍♀️🤪

It’s just makers ki usual lazy writing ki they want to show that Ani always backtracks after facing relentless pressure from his family to reconcile with Arshi by painting her so bechari blah blah. Then he sort of gives in enough to be like fine main directly nahin bolunga ki I want to break this rishta and instead go back to saying ki Arshi can leave if she isn’t happy. Lol bas yehi shabdon ka khel loop kar rahe hain.

And iske chakkar mein Ani is scapegoated to portray as if he’s still confused about wanting to stay with Arshi 🤷‍♀️😂

I haven’t seen the epi but just saw the precap clip. Lol can’t really say if they will bring any realization in Ani that he never loved Arshi and it was never anything more than a friendship of sorts between them. This show is too crass and toxic to manage to portray that angle dhang se and waise bhi they seem obsessed with propping up Arshi by maintaining vague dialogues about Anishi ka “rishta” and Didi trying to put words in Ani’s mouth that he loves her too, wants her too blah blah

Aisi situation mein why will they allow Ani to realize or clarify that he doesn’t consider Arshi more than a friend? That too when she is going to drop pregnancy bomb soon and everyone will jump to label that as some kind of proof that Ani still “loves” Arshi 🤷‍♀️

Imlie mein Adini ka dynamic still had some basic friendship and comfort level since day one…they were often shown taking about how Adi considers Malini his best friend and isliye it was believable when Adi realized that he mistook their friendship for love. But Anishi ke case mein they never showed such a dynamic. She has always been ordering him around like he’s a dog so kis muh se isko friendship bhi bolenge? Lol kuch basic regard nahin tha is rishte mein kabhi bhi. Makers seem more interested in forcibly showing that Ani doesn’t know who he loves and wants 🤷‍♀️🤪😂

Lol based on what I read of the WU, I don’t get why didi is acting so desperate. Ani abhi bhi directly nahin bol paa raha that he doesn’t want to stay with Arshi and he is only shouting at Arshi when she abuses Jhanak. It would have made more sense for Arshi to feel threatened if Ani had again openly repeated he doesn’t want to live with Arshi but sounds like he didn’t even say that much today 🤷‍♀️😂

Even after Arshi showing open abusiveness towards Jhanak, no one is throwing her out and discussion is still looping around the same topic of what ARSHI will tolerate? 🙄🙄😂…bakwaas dialogues about Arshi ka ghar toot raha hai blah blah yehi chal raha hai. I mean Malini being physically abusive part . Like rc didi slapped jhanak so many times in parties in hospital. Malini bhot easily sari situations ko apne favour main manipulate kar deti thi without being physical .......in sindoor kaand end main khud hi bechari ban gayi thi after shouting like a deranged woman. Yaha didi openly ghatiya harkatein kar rahi hai and no one is calling her out ....itne phattu log hai seriously.

it isn’t as if there was a sudden sense of betrayal and she acting upon that sense of betrayal ( irrespective of any justification for such action) … the narrative has never indicated that at any stage including the time when Ani made an effort to move on with the relationship post Aag.
Arshi has seen the relationship grow in front of her. She was in the know but at different stages, the narrative has shown her either her acting as it’s nothing - just water off her back.. and at other times, agitated and ordering Ani about things, in the thick of planning, plotting though Leena tried also to portray as if it’s not a conscious thing but as if she is led to it.. but the point I am making is the existence of Jhanak in their relationship isn’t a new information that she is contending with. Ani was shown admitting that Jhanak wasn’t lying about the intimacy… Ani has always run to Jhanak and he has made his feelings for Jhanak very apparent.

So this “ tum mere piche kyun pade ho? Mujhse kya chatter ho? All that screaming- I don’t know what purpose it was to serve in the narrative especially now? She will not leave him yeh pakka hai. Leena parachuting her as some person against whom atyachar is happening isn’t washing at all…I never read her as insecure..her actions weren’t out of insecurity but more like How dare she usurp what belongs to me?

I just read her as stupid most of the times, especially when she was ordering Ani around but he was giving goli to her.. but then ofc that was at the stage Ani was conflicted … since Aag… I never understood why she did not take up Ani on that offer… expediency there too - If one says I am leaving other had to say please stay 😂😂😂

Arshi is kind of like Ani in the sense that she goes back and forth between "Why are you holding me back" to "No one can separate us" whereas for Ani it is "If you don't find it tolerable to live with me, just leave" and "If you want to live with me, you have to accept the truth". This makes their characters oscillatory, ironic and ambivalent. Not my cup of tea. Honestly degrades their character graph even more.

And also, her reaction to hearing Chotton-Ani talk was so mismatched. I expected her face to get twisted in rage, not shocked as if she is hearing it for the first time what Chotton's intentions are.... which she has witnessed numerous times before???

Not true. Malini never genuinely tried to move on with another guy. She made up a fake lover initially cuz she thought it would make Adi jealous and possessive of her. Instead that backfired on her cuz Adi was shown happy for her that she loves someone else who can make her happy unlike him. She used the fake BF for a while to portray that she hasn’t been left alone but she was always shown jealous and making faces seeing Adilie ki closeness. So no, she never really tried to move on. It was always passive aggressive and fake drama from her side
