I think Saman Shah's original plan was exactly that, to marry her and probably not have a rukhsati, humiliate her and her family. Shahno's original revenge plan probably was this, to marry her, have a child with her, take her child away but I doubt this is the plan any longer.
I think Shahno wanted to clip Mehru's wings initially. He wanted to exert power and control over this girl who challenged him from their first meet. He probably right now thinks that is exactly what he wants still but the dynamics of their relationship has changed even though he hasn't realised it.
I don't think shanno had any plan of impregnating mehru and snatch the kid. He is an entitled spoiled brat but he don't look that cheap and sees women as baby making machines. He also seems to be someone who gives importance to his family and I doubt he will plan to separate his future child from its mother.
Shanno just wants to own the pretty little thing that don't come under his control for the rest of his life because he is not used to selfless love. Since he knows she is his mohabbat, he thinks making her his is all that's needed.
He saw a very pretty bird flying independently out in the sky, wanted it for himself so is planning to trap it in his golden cage.
