There was no need to turn mahaan n donate the baby if you want it back later.

Regarding baby....it will suffer more with Ruhi....the baby will grow up to be the worst in PH..

Ruhi is mentally unfit to give good upbringing to her kid

Armaan literally made a baby suffer by depriving him of breastmilk by keeping him away from ruhi so yes he doesn't care for the baby n is treating him like a toy..He shouldn't have accepted someone else baby like that..
