Ruhi has no trauma. thats all a farce. her vileness is a product of her inherent personality which is plain evil.

no one in any amount of grief, hate, pain, revenge will choose to wish ill on an innocent baby who has done no harm to her.

Even someone as pathetic as Vidya is not evil to a baby. she is still ridiculously flipper in her attitude and is a horrible person herself who cursed Abhimaan and gave shraap. but even she is not evil to a baby

Sanjay who is epitome of bad behavior who was willing to go to any lengths for money, revenge- even he isnt wishing ill on a baby. he is still plotting against Abhira but he hasnt wished ill on the child. he crossed all lines with regard to Abhira and even his own daughter, but even he has spared the baby.

imo, Ruhi trumps everyone in terms of her vileness. Everyone else like Kaveri, Sanjay, Vidya who all deserve to be punished too, will lose the contest of who is most evil to Ruhi.

because a person as evil as Ruhi doesnt deserve to name even her own biological kid. they cant actually show Ashubh as a childs name. maybe the baby's real parents would have told the makers they wont have ashubh stuff happen even for drama purposes

They would have never named the kid Ashubh. That was just done to create drama

Ruhi no matter how vile she is, still deserves to have her kid back and name him. She carried him for 9 months, she gave birth.
