Lol, i'm not. By legal terms, the terms used would be more severe like "abduction" and both Rohit and Armaan can be charged. Does that sound better than stealing?

Didn't Abhira get this clean chit for her? Abhira would have been admirable if she had stuck to her principles.

i cannot comment on what crime and legality will b there...but i can be sure that armaan will not be cherged for stealing the baby...

1. All things said, he still conducted an emotional affair with Ruhi. Both of their partners should never have accepted them as this is red flag behaviour.

Going through a high-risk pregnancy is no joke and can be damaging for your fertility. There is also the risks of birth defects. The other alternative is a baby growing up without a mum. There are other alternatives like adoption etc. It was not a do or die situation. Abhira is equally wrong.

3. This post is not directed at you. There were so many Abhimaan fans who were defensive and saying Armaan is not wrong as he was manipulated or attempted to reduce his role in this crime. Some can't even seem to accept any criticism on Armaan- they are asking people why Armaan is being bashed.The worst response were those who switched over to Ruhi's past wrongs to cover up Armaan's crime or those who out rightly labelled people who criticized Armaan as Ruhi lovers and even made implicit comments on posters' characters for criticizing Armaan. The last point was what triggered me to make this post.

You have your personal perception of Ruhi. But one thing, let's not forget Ruhi and Armaan are currently at the same level with their actions. If Ruhi needs to show remorse, Armaan needs to do so equally or even more so because he is the supposed ML.

I will answer as per your points.

1.Its actually their partners call to accept them again or not.Armaan Abhira got divorced after that Armaan realised he loves her .Even if not through him,Abhira came to know the truth of Armaan and Ruhi.She broke up with him.Armaan got back Abhira after him waiting for sometime.After that He never repeated that mistake.There is nothing which abhira don't know about armaan and Ruhi then.

In Ruhi's case,Rohit still accepted her again,dint he?Rohit knew Ruhi married him for Armaan when he accepted her second time.But she should be loyal after that.was she loyal after that?She still wanted to pursue Armaan by cheating him by saying she loves him.Ok She again realised her mistake in Ar Ab wedding day.But that's not enough She second time cheated him .She should have confessed to him what she did .But no she hid it .She moved on with Rohit by hiding the fact that she cheated him second time.Rohit still unaware about it.Armaan did mistake but dint repeated it and stay honest to his partner in that ,is this the same case with Ruhi who still hiding a cheating?(Plz let's not bring the baby matter into it,it was a different matter according to your point)

2.Abhira already declared as having less chances of being pregnant.And Abhira was upset becoz of that.If she abort this child ,there is no guarantee that she will become pregnant again.So that statement called high risk pregnancy will affect fertility is invalid.Abhira risked her own life not her child's life during pregnancy.Doctor said it will risk Abhira's life not baby's life .So how come she being a bad mom?She took care of everything correctly for her baby during her pregnancy.

I will still won't call Ruhi a bad mom.But 9 month pregnancy main driving karna risky hi hain.And Ruhi has a history of rash driving and causing accidents (I am not talking about her childhood)Kisi ko saath Mai le ja sakti thi na .That too for a very very unnecessary thing.There Ruhi risked her baby's life not just her life when there is no other complications .

3.No I am not defending Armaan here.He is wrong along with Rohit.But just because Armaan is ML,I have seen some people trying to make forced narratives by neglectibg Rohit part saying Armaan manipulated Rohit etc etc .so many like this.Ruhi s past mistakes doesn't make Armaan rand Rohit right in this case but their one wrong will not make Ruhi's other mistakes wrong.Becausw Ruhi never apologized for it nor repented for it.

No This time Armaan wrong won't make Ruhi and Armaan at same level.Because Ruhi's mistakes are so many .Still she is not called out enough by her family members because her so many secrets are still safe with Ar Ab .They did forgive Ruhi for so many things which Ruhi doesn't even feel guilty .Whatever Armaan done,he realised it's wrong it at some point and never repeated it.Realisation is a very important thing .Ruhi never accepts her mistakes nor apologize for it and will repeat it again.And If Ruhi hates Akshara , she should have showed it to Akshara not to her daughter .She blamed Abhira for Arohi 's accident who was a foetus in her mom's womb at that time.She hates that innocent baby whom she thinks Abhira"s for no reason .Sorry trauma is not an excuse for this.

But Armaan is a very flawed ML.(Isse bhi worse MLs ko dekhi hain maine)

And Also you can criticize blame Armaan without justifying Ruhi, if you are not a Ruhi fan.What Armaan and Rohit doing is wrong .To tell that thing Ruhi ki side lene ki zarurat nahi hain
