More reason why Ruhi still has legal rights on the baby. If Rohit divorced Ruhi and had full custody over the baby, we can then deem this as not stealing. By over-riding Ruhi's legal rights, Armaan committed a crime.

i cannt comment..ki real worl mein ye crime hai ki nahi...but armaan per stealing ka charge to nahi lagega...yeh to i can say...as baby s rohit ka..and rohit gave the baby...

Lol, how convenient? When was that showed as Rohit and Ruhi's relationship? Did I miss any instance when Ruhi gave Rohit full power to make decisions for her? Rohit committed a crime and Armaan became a partner in it.

Did Ruhi give the baby as well? If she didn't give, it is stealing when you take someone's property without their consent

maine kaha...crime kaun sa hoga...hoga ki nahi...i cannit comment...but stealing ka nahi hoga...i can say that...😂 as armaan did not steal the baby.....rohit gave HIS baby to armaan...rohit ne kya crime kiya and armaan ne kya...yeh aap jaano..I know ki armaan per stealing wala agar aarop lagaya...to ek second mein he will be free...😂

Rohit did, but Ruhi did not give her baby. And Armaan took it despite knowing that so yes, it is a crime. He will be free? From what I know of the law, Ruhi can sue both Armaan and Rohit (unless any lawyers can comment on this).
